Does Jolly write anything back to WorkJam?

No. Every Jolly connector is read-only. Jolly reads the data a campaign needs and sends nothing back. Connecting WorkJam changes no records, settings, or screens in it, and the people who use it every day keep working the same way.

How does a WorkJam connection get set up?

Our team connects WorkJam with yours during implementation, as part of the Jolly rollout. Tell us which other systems you run, including ones that aren't in our catalog yet and ones you plan to replace.

What if WorkJam has its own recognition or rewards features?

They keep running alongside Jolly. Jolly runs a separate campaign with its own budget, goals, and payout, and tracks it from the schedule and attendance data in WorkJam. Nothing in WorkJam gets switched off.

What happens to a campaign if a worker's shift changes mid-week?

The campaign follows the change. Jolly reads the updated schedule from WorkJam, so when a shift is added, dropped, or swapped, the campaign counts the new schedule, not the one from launch day.

The time each worker clocked in and out and, where the system records it, their location, so on-time arrivals and full shifts can be counted for each worker.
