The published schedule
Which worker is assigned to which shift, role, and location. A campaign compares the shifts people actually worked with this plan.
Clock-in and clock-out punches
The time each worker clocked in and out and, where the system records it, their location, so on-time arrivals and full shifts can be counted for each worker.
Schedule adherence
How closely each shift matched the schedule: who didn't show, who came in late, and who left early.
Open shift and swap activity
Who picked up an open shift or accepted a swap, and when, so a campaign can pay the workers who fill gaps in the schedule.
Break and overtime rules
