Michael Ross
Michael Ross is a veteran HR executive with deep experience leading global organizations. He spent five years as EVP and CHRO at Visa, overseeing talent, staffing, compensation, and employee relations. Before that, he held senior roles at HP, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. He holds a BBA from James Madison University and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
Ross brings decades of experience designing and implementing performance, recognition, and rewards systems across some of the world’s most complex organizations.
