The technicians assigned to each repair order, job by job.
Technician hours, flagged and clocked
The labor hours flagged to each technician on each job, and the hours they clocked on those jobs. Flagged hours divided by hours clocked on jobs gives each technician's efficiency.
Scans and calibrations on the repair order
Scan reports and ADAS calibration reports attached to each repair order. A goal can count a documented scan on every repair that needed one.
Customer satisfaction surveys
Survey responses collected after delivery and tied to the repair and the location, so CSI can be a location goal.
