asTech integration FAQ
No. Your team keeps working in asTech. Jolly reads the records asTech keeps as the work happens, and campaigns pay out on those records, not on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the data a campaign needs and sends nothing back. Connecting asTech changes no records, settings, or screens in it, and the people who use it every day keep working the same way.
Our team connects asTech with yours during implementation, as part of the Jolly rollout. Tell us which other systems you run, including ones that aren't in our catalog yet and ones you plan to replace.
No. Techs keep requesting and running scans and calibrations in asTech the way they do today. Jolly counts the reports asTech keeps for each repair. Each tech follows their progress toward the goal in the Jolly app.
Yes. A goal can count a scan or calibration only on a repair that needs one, and only when its report is on file in asTech. OEM certification audits and direct repair programs check those same reports.
