Tekion
Tekion's dealer management system is a cloud platform that connects a dealership's sales, service, parts, and accounting. Modules cover deal desking, repair orders, parts and service workflows, reporting, and add-on payroll with time tracking.
What Jolly reads from Tekion
Repair orders
Each repair order from write-up to close, with its jobs, parts, and total, and the service advisor who wrote it up.
Labor hours by technician
The labor hours on each job, recorded against the technician who did the work.
Clock-ins and time worked
When each worker clocked in and out. Labor hours divided by hours clocked gives each technician's productivity.
Vehicle inspections
Multipoint inspections with their findings, photos, and video, recorded against the technician who did each one.
Recommended work, approved or declined
Extra work found on a visit and whether the customer approved or declined it, so approved work is counted per advisor and per technician.

Tekion integration FAQ
No. Your team keeps working in Tekion. Jolly reads the records Tekion keeps as the work happens, and campaigns pay out on those records, not on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the data a campaign needs and sends nothing back. Connecting Tekion changes no records, settings, or screens in it, and the people who use it every day keep working the same way.
Our team connects Tekion with yours during implementation, as part of the Jolly rollout. Tell us which other systems you run, including ones that aren't in our catalog yet and ones you plan to replace.
No. Jolly counts the repair orders, labor hours, and clock punches Tekion records. Each technician or advisor follows their own goal and progress in the Jolly app, and nobody changes how they write up, work, or close a repair order in Tekion.
Yes. An advisor's goal can count the recommended work a customer approves, and a technician's goal can count the labor hours on the same repair order. Each person earns on their own part of the job.
