Does Jolly write anything back to ASE?

No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the data a campaign needs and sends nothing back. Connecting ASE changes no records, settings, or screens in it, and the people who use it every day keep working the same way.

How does an ASE connection get set up?

Our team connects ASE with yours during implementation, as part of the Jolly rollout. Tell us which other systems you run, including ones that aren't in our catalog yet and ones you plan to replace.

When does a renewal count toward the goal?

When ASE shows the new expiration date. A goal can be set on renewing a set number of days ahead of the old date, which puts the points with the people who renew early and takes the chasing off the manager who used to do it.

myASE is ASE's portal to register for certification tests, where each service professional views their certification status and test results. An employer approved by ASE as an account manager can manage certifications for their workers.

What Jolly reads from ASE

Credentials held per worker
Which licenses, certifications and permits each person holds, and who issued them, so a goal applies only to the workers a requirement covers.
Expiration and renewal dates
When each credential lapses and when it was last renewed. A campaign reads that date to credit a renewal that lands weeks before the deadline, where a lapse would have taken the worker off the schedule.
The proof behind each credential
The document on file, the check against the issuing board, or the sign-off that validated a skill. A renewal counts once that proof is recorded, and the worker who renewed on time gets the credit for it.
